Q. Can I change an item in a box?
A. If you really don't like a certain item let us know, and we'll do our best to swap it. If you're not sure try it you might like it!
Q. Whats going to be in my box?
A. Potatoes, carrots, onions and a variety of cabbage will be in the box each week, the other items will change according to the season and availability.
Q. What if I'am not in when you deliver?
A. When ordering please let us know where to leave your delivery if you're out, preferably under cover. Please put instructions in the comments box. (Eg. Porch, garden shed, with a neighbour.)
Q. Are you organic?
A. No, we focus on fresh local produce.
Q. What do I do if my box hasn't arrived?
A. Give us a ring or email us and we'll do our best to sort it straight away.
Q. What if I'am not happy with the quality of some of the produce?
A. Ring or email us and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Q. What if my box differs to what was ordered?
A. We may need to swap a product if something isn't available due to the weather etc.
